The Harbourfront is one of the most physically active communities in Toronto. We participate in many sports and activities from running, cycling, rollerblading, and rowing, to walking, golfing, and yoga.

Whatever type of athlete you are, we hope you participate in a safe and healthy manner. The Harbourfront Sports & Rehab team is here to help you not only recover from your injuries, but to help you prevent common injuries related to your specific sport.

The Harbourfront team also handles other types of injuries and conditions, including motor vehicle accidents (MVA), work place injuries (WSIB), and repetitive and postural strain injuries related to desk jobs.
